For clients who prefer a more hands-off experience, procurement allows LA Sourced to manage the purchasing process on your behalf—from order placement and vendor communication to tracking, delivery coordination, backorders, damages and replacements, with on-site coordination when the project calls for it.

ACCESS TO MORE
Through our network of trade resources, trusted vendors, independent makers and retail sources, we source beyond a single showroom or retailer. Products procured through LA Sourced are quoted at or below the manufacturer's published retail price at the time of quotation. Procurement fees are listed separately, keeping product costs and service fees clear and transparent.

THE INVESTMENT
Procurement — 15% of managed merchandise
For clients who prefer to hand off the purchasing process, procurement is available as an optional service following curation.
The 15% procurement fee applies to furnishings, lighting, décor and other merchandise purchased and managed through LA Sourced. The fee covers order placement, vendor communication, order tracking, delivery coordination, and management of backorders, damages and replacements.
Finish-material procurement and larger or more complex orders are quoted separately based on scope.
Clients are always welcome to purchase approved selections independently.
Finish - $150 / hour or $800 / day
Install-day styling, placement and finishing details to bring everything together once the pieces arrive.
Scope and timing are confirmed prior to install day.
